Golden Rose came to us in June 2025 with a strong brand and steady traffic but every euro of email revenue came from campaigns. No flows, no pop-ups, no lifecycle automation. We migrated them from Copernica to Klaviyo, then layered on a complete retention system: full flow architecture, optimized pop-ups, and improved segmentation and deliverability. Their campaigns we left untouched.

Golden Rose is a well-known European cosmetics brand offering high-quality, affordable beauty products.

The brand already had strong demand, consistent traffic, and a regular newsletter cadence but no lifecycle automation or list growth system in place.

We started working with Golden Rose and migrated from Copernica to Klaviyo, a process that required weeks of restructuring, rebuilding and warming up their account in Klaviyo from scratch

When we began the migration:

  • Golden Rose relied 100% on campaigns for their email revenue

  • They had no flows, meaning no revenue from automation

  • They had no optimized pop-ups, so list growth was slow

  • The migration from Copernica → Klaviyo took time, delaying activation

  • Their campaigns were performing well, but conversions from email were capped because the lifecycle automations were not in place.

  • Building a complete flow architecture

  • Installing optimized desktop & mobile pop-ups

  • Improving segmentation + deliverability

  • Ensuring the migration was fully stable

We did NOT touch:

  • Their campaign strategy

  • Their campaign calendar

  • Their campaign execution


This means all performance gains come purely from new flows and pop-ups layered on top of their existing campaign baseline.

The result

Revenue

  • Email revenue grew +169% month over month

  • Flows now drive 62.6% of all email revenue

List Growth (Pop-Ups)

  • 564 new subscribers added

  • 10.10% submit rate on mobile, 12.14% on desktop both well above beauty/e-commerce benchmarks

The results we got

After ~90 Days :

October 2025 marked the first full month with the complete system running: migration finished, flows and pop-ups live, and segmentation active.

Revenue

  • Monthly email revenue grew +169%

  • Automated flows went from 0% to 62.6% of all email revenue an entirely new revenue stream

  • All uplift achieved without touching their campaigns

These submit rates are well above typical beauty/e-commerce benchmarks, ensuring that a large percentage of store visitors now enter Golden Rose’s email ecosystem.
